Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION
PRODUCTION DESIGNER – PRESENTATION DESIGN
Studio

Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Designer with a primary focus on Presentation Production to join our studio team. This role is central to ensuring the timely, accurate, and brand-compliant execution of presentation materials across multiple brands and business units. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and well-versed in formatting, editing, and packaging presentation files for internal and external distribution — particularly in pharmaceutical and/or highly regulated industries.

This is a production-focused role with light design adaptation, working in close collaboration with Studio partners, project managers, and creative and editorial teams to ensure presentations meet technical specifications, brand standards, and delivery deadlines.

Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
  • Prepare, update, and finalize PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency with client and agency branding, slide structure, and formatting specifications.
  • Implement template systems, style guides, and brand frameworks to enforce consistency across multiple brand work streams.
  • Conduct slide clean-up, content formatting, layout correction, and image replacement with speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Studio, Creative, Editorial, and Project Management teams to track, receive, and process revisions efficiently through our Studio production workflow.
  • Support internal library/template creation, maintenance, and asset standardization efforts.
  • Assist with light design adaptation where required (e.g., reflowing content into an existing layout, applying brand styling).
  • Provide quality assurance and preflight checks before file handoff or delivery.

Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Acrobat, Photoshop, and InDesign for asset management and light layout adjustments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of presentation formatting, typography, and rich media.
  • Comfort working with templated materials and content-heavy decks, rather than developing original visual concepts.
  • 5+ years of experience in a presentation or production design role, ideally in pharmaceutical, or compliance-heavy environments.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of edits and updates while maintaining high attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong file management and version control discipline.
  • Familiarity with presentation accessibility standards or interactive/multimedia embedding (e.g., video links, embedded charts).
  • Ability to prioritize efficiently and work well in a team
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and hunt for information
  • The ability to read schematics and proofreading symbols
  • Desire to learn and grow into new responsibilities as the studio evolves
