Project - Brand Design Production Manager
• Local candidates in Dallas, TX only
• Onsite position
• No Overtime
• There is a chance this position will be extended beyond 12/31/2025
The Role
• The production designer will be responsible for expert file preparation, file testing, finalizing design assets for mass distribution, and tightening guidelines to meet our stringent digital process.
• They must possess a superior work ethic and be highly organized and comfortable with juggling multiple projects simultaneously with ambiguity.
• They will be highly creative, innovative and productive and have the functional and technical expertise to execute the work at a high-level.
• The manager of production design will collaborate on projects with the design team to create best in class design production that is flawless.
• The production design manager will report to the AVP Head of Design.

Core Responsibilities
• Create, edit, and perfect digital files aligned with creative briefs and the brand guidance
• Execute asset scalability testing across spectrum of digital and physical tactics
• Prepare files for print and digital production (test/set color profiles, asset resolution, naming, organization export settings etc.)
• Design and modify Power Point presentations
• Create simple spot illustrations and iconography
• Develop graphic assets, i.e. wordmarks, logos, templates, digital and print collateral
• Scalability testing of brand assets
• Provide light image retouching and manipulation
• Conduct visual research
• Guide design team through the production process including pre, production and post
• Understand brand guideline importance
Nice to have Responsibilities: Animation and video editing capabilities preferred
Profile
• The production designer will have 5+ years of experience in a graphic design and/or production.
• They will possess strong strategic and problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detail.
• They will have excellent communication and presentation skills and will work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• They will have a good understanding of the production processes for digital and print media that ensures flawless transfer of design content to design execution.
• They will have a passion for and knowledge of design, technique, practice and technology as well as possess a superior work ethic, computer knowledge and experience.
• They will be proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, After Effects, Fireworks, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office and PowerPoint (PPT is part of Microsoft Office) and have a deep understanding of the production process for high volume output for both digital and print media.
• They will be able to work in both a MAC and PC environment.
• The role requires an undergraduate degree in graphic design.
• A strong online portfolio should include work produced for real clients that has been successfully implemented in the brand design space.
Pay Range: $35 - $42
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
