Are you a meticulous design professional with a flair for transforming creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets? We’re partnering with a global leadership organisation to find a talented Production Designer to join their Marketing & Communications team on a 9-month contract.

This is a remote, part-time role (30 hours/week), offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a dynamic, creative team that values precision, consistency, and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Production Designer, you’ll work closely with the Senior Manager, Creative Design to bring marketing and brand materials to life. Your role will focus on adapting existing creative concepts, preparing final files for production, and ensuring every output meets the highest standards of brand consistency and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and package final production files for print, digital, and large-format use
  • Adapt existing design templates to suit various formats and layouts
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure flawless execution
  • Revise and resize assets for different platforms and outputs
  • Maintain brand consistency across all member touchpoints
  • Organise and manage asset libraries and file naming conventions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement quality control solutions

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in a production design or similar design support role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with both print and digital design production
  • Knowledge of proofing and vendor communication
  • Experience with asset management systems and collaborative workflows is a plus
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience
  • Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours to support global teams
