Nordic Ware is looking for an experienced Production Designer to join its creative team in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. The role involves producing high-quality design assets for e-commerce and packaging while collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams. As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for producing design assets for multiple channels that align with our brand, our business goals, and our customer requirements. This includes high volume e-commerce, product packaging, and print. You will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver assets that effectively communicate the brand's message and drive customer engagement.
Design and produce high-quality, high-volume, on-brand email templates and creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales.
Refine designs based on stakeholder feedback ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all assets.
Develop design concepts that highlight key product features, benefits, and use cases, in line with brand standards for our e-commerce channels.
Stay up to date on best practices, trends in e-commerce design, and ensure compliance while maximizing performance.
Ensure seamless handoff of final design files to developers and other stakeholders for implementation.
Packaging Design
Assist the design team in creating packaging layouts and artwork for products lines.
Support the team by making revisions and updates to packaging designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver production-ready files for packaging, including dielines, labeling, and artwork.
Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate production of packaging materials.
Stay up to date on current color and design trends.
