Job summary

Scentsy Inc. is seeking a Production Designer to create, maintain, and release production and client-ready files for all print and digital collateral materials. The role may involve occasional original graphic design work and translating templates.

You will collaborate across teams to develop web content, liaise with printers, and manage assets—from templates to final files—ensuring high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communication or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of related experience.
• A portfolio of design work.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of four-color process, spot color process, and the RGB color model.
• Strong knowledge of working with fonts.
• Very high attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional Photoshop skills.
• Experience with AI image creation and image manipulation a plus!

Responsibilities
