Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Production reporting and reconciliation – data entry of production activity in Enterprise systems.
• Close production batches and audit usage; update BOM in coordination with plant finance.
• Receive milk and cream loads, enter lab results; report discrepancies to corporate teams.
• Make adjustments to finished goods, packaging and ingredients based on cycle counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
