Job summary

When bandwidth allows, you'll support AI-driven initiatives such as the AI Agent Foundry project.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing robust ETLs and ensuring data quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate with business and technology teams.
• Very collaborative and coachable.
• Experience with data platforms, ingestion pipelines, or UI/UX troubleshooting is a plus.
• Exposure to GenAI, AI/ML tools or platforms is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues in real time.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to new data ingestion, UI/UX changes, data quality, and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Document each issue including the solution to contribute to knowledge base.
• When bandwidth allows, support AI Agent Foundry initiatives and contribute to AI-driven solutions.
