Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a Data Engineer to support production data pipelines and ETL processes in a fast-moving environment. You will focus on stability, performance, and usability of data systems post-deployment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring support channels, diagnosing ingestion and UI/UX related issues, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with Campaign Lifecycle Management, Customer Success, and data teams.

Qualifications

Experience in developing robust ETLs and ensuring data quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate with the business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to team chats and ticketing systems to address support issues in real-time.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to new data ingestion, UI/UX changes, data quality and integrity, and ad hoc business requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Document each issue including the solution to contribute to knowledge base.
Support AI Agent Foundry initiatives when bandwidth allows.
