Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Extensive experience building and supporting data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based, analytical, distributed, open-source tech.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for production support and resolve tickets across business units.
• Triage and prioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Analyze trends in tickets to identify recurring issues and implement fixes.
• Document processes and resolutions for knowledge sharing and training.
• Collaborate with Major Incident Management to address production issues.
