Job summary

Hayden Industrial, a leading manufacturer of industrial cooling systems, is seeking a Production Administrative Assistant to join our Tulsa, Oklahoma team. The role involves maintaining production records, data entry, reporting, and providing day-to-day administrative support to Production leadership in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include assisting Production Managers, managing labor schedules, entering data into ERP/MRP, and preparing regular production reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong Excel skills and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Production Managers and Supervisors.
• Manage daily employee labor scheduling and maintain accurate labor records, including monthly labor report.
• Enter production information into ERP/MRP and other systems.
• Maintain production schedules and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Track work orders and job status; communicate schedule updates.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
