Job summary

Arconic in Alcoa, Tennessee seeks a Production Crew Leader for our Cold Mill Department. The role leads safety, quality, housekeeping and production on a shift, with responsibility for EHS, training, equipment needs, scheduling and continuous improvement across the assigned area of the plant.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of directing craft employees, prioritizing tasks and resolving equipment issues while adapting to varied shift schedules, including 12-hour options.

• Ensure safety, housekeeping, quality and production on the assigned shift.
• Provide EHS focus, employee motivation and training as needed.
• Coordinate equipment needs, scheduling and issue resolution to improve productivity.

Arconic is currently in search of Production Crew Leader to join our Cold Mill Departmentbased in Alcoa, Tennessee.

This includes environmental health & safety (EHS), employee motivation, training, equipment needs, employee scheduling, continuous improvement and productivity issues. May also provide process direction and prioritization to craft employees to resolve equipment issues. This positionrequires the ability to work a varietyof shifts and schedules; examples include off-shift schedules and 12-hour shifts.
