Job summary

CRH in Ogden, UT is seeking an industrious team member to join our precast concrete production group. The role covers stripping and cleaning forms, pouring and finishing concrete, and upholding safety on the shop floor.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of concrete panel experience, can lift 40 lbs, read a tape measure, and collaborate well in a fast-paced environment. This is a non-exempt, on-site full-time position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of concrete panel work is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses.
• Understand basic math and measurements (reading tape measures).

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms.
• Pour concrete, shovel, vibrate, and finish surfaces.
• Maintain shop floor housekeeping and safety.
• Perform basic carpentry tasks.
• Operate forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor
• Performs basic carpentry skills
• Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in concrete panel work
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
• Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, and multiplication)
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
