Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a hands-on manufacturing associate to safely produce precast concrete products. You will work on a team delivering high-quality panels while maintaining clean, safe shop conditions.

The role requires experience with concrete panels, basic carpentry, and operating heavy equipment, with strong teamwork and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete panel work preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and operate basic tools.
• Understand basic math, measurements, and tape reading.

Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms.
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes.
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety on the shop floor.
• Performs basic carpentry skills.
• Operate forklift and other heavy machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Strips and cleans concrete forms
• Pours concrete, shovels, vibrates, and finishes
• Maintains good housekeeping and safety regulations on the shop floor
• Performs basic carpentry skills
• Operate Forklift and other heavy machinery
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in concrete panel work preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Knowledge of basic tools and their uses
• Understand and apply basic math skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
• Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure
