Oldcastle is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Associate to safely produce precast concrete products in a team-oriented environment. The role focuses on forming, pouring, vibrating, and finishing concrete while maintaining cleanliness and safety on the shop floor.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of concrete panel experience, be able to lift up to 40 lbs, and understand basic math and measurements. Forklift operation and basic carpentry skills are valued assets.
