Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a manufacturing team member to support the production of precast concrete products in a fast-paced plant environment. You will strip forms, prepare molds, and perform basic carpentry tasks while maintaining clean, safe operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and manufacturing or construction experience, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
