Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Waudena Production Craftsman to assemble exterior door systems and related components, following precise specifications and quality standards.

The role requires reading work-orders, using various saws and routers, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment. You will operate CNC and other tools, contribute to continuous improvement, and support teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Experience with woodworking machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read work-orders and perform tasks as directed by management.
• Assemble and construct exterior door components and systems.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow safety programs.
• Operate saws, routers, shapers and related equipment to meet production goals.
• Participate in production workflow using shop software and scanners.
