Drexel Building Supply in Wisconsin is seeking a Door Assembly Technician to assemble pre-finished interior doors and ensure units are ready for distribution. You will read work orders, select style/size hardware, and maintain a safe, organized workspace on a fast-paced production line.

You’ll handle 50–100 lb lifts, work with CNC tooling in a high-tech setting, and contribute to consistent production quality and on-time delivery to our distribution center.

Qualifications

• Heavy lifting up to 50–100 lbs repeatedly.
• Accurate assembly of hinges, tracks, and panels.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Commitment to safety and keeping the workspace organized.

Responsibilities

• Assemble interior doors with pre-finished components.
• Read and verify work orders for correct style, size, and hardware.
• Operate or collaborate with CNC machines where applicable.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on the bench and in the shop.
• Meet production quality standards on the first-pass inspection.
