SendCutSend is seeking a Production Coordinator to facilitate order movement across departments in our Reno facility. This full-time role focuses on keeping production on track, adhering to procedures, and maintaining safety and organization on the shop floor.

You will monitor order status, communicate with Customer Support, and support various production tasks as needed. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the flow of orders through each department, ensuring timely transfer to the correct production stages.
• Assist with ensuring production follows established procedures and standards.
• Collaborate with all production departments to maintain smooth workflow and clear bottlenecks.
• Monitor Fast Pass, stalled order reports, IR rack, and Chapel audits.
• Update the Customer Support Team on order status as requested.
• Assist with additional production tasks (restocking, denesting, etc.).
• Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles while following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Efficiently manage the flow of orders through each department in the facility, ensuring customer orders are promptly transferred to the correct stages of the production process
• Assist with ensuring production is following established procedures and standards in each department
• Communicate and collaborate with all departments in production to maintain a smooth workflow, helping to clear bottlenecks as they arise
• Regularly monitor Fast Pass, review the stalled order report, check orders on the IR rack, and perform Chapel audits
• Communicate with and update the Customer Support Team on order status when requested
• Assist with any additional production tasks as directed by the leadership and management team (ie restocking, denesting, or other production needs)
• Safely maneuver small motorized vehicles through busy work areas while adhering to established safety protocols and maintaining control at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities to track multiple shifting schedules and deadlines
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, calm approach to handling unexpected logistical issues on short notice
• Attention to detail
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to act as a bridge between team members and departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• Previous experience working with production schedules or batch processing

Essential Physical Requirements

• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
• Able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shift

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production floor environment
• Work performed around CNC lasers, press brakes, machinery, and material handling equipment
• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and metal materials
• Use of required protective equipment at all times
