Job summary

Thinkingbox is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the planning and execution of integrated projects across experiential, content, social, and digital. You will work closely with Producers, Project Managers, Creative teams, and external partners to help keep projects running smoothly from kickoff through delivery.

This fast-paced agency role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaboration, enjoys problem solving, and wants to grow their production career across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a related role, ideally within an agency or production environment.
• Experience or strong interest in experiential, content, social, and digital production.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support on set or on site production as needed.

$60,000 - $70,000 a year

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role. If your compensation expectations fall outside of this range, we still welcome your application.
