QVC, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator (On-Call) in West Chester, PA to support both QVC and HSN brands in a fast-paced live TV environment. The role requires collaboration with hosts, guests, and crew to execute production plans for live and non-live programming.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in TV/Media Production and recent studio production experience on a live set. The position is on-site, part-time, with shifts starting as early as 5am and ending as late as 3am,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Television/Media Production or related field is required.
• At least 6 months of recent, directly-related studio production experience in live TV.
• Experience working on a live set in a similar environment and role is required.
• Knowledge of production basics including lighting, camera blocking, and set movement.

Responsibilities

• Operate in a fast-paced live TV environment and make real-time decisions impacting show execution.
• Act as the eyes and ears of show producers and directors on the studio floor.
• Collaborate with hosts, guests, celebrities, vendors, producers, and directors to confirm and implement the production plan.
• Support producers, directors, talent, and studio staff in the execution of production activities.

You will prepare on-set product displays and demonstrations for live (studio and remote) and non-live programming, following show strategy, operational requirements, and safety protocols. You will work with producers, directors, hosts, guests, celebrities, and vendors to confirm, support, and implement the production plan.**Where You'll Work*** This role is **onsite** and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA headquarters daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.* **Our team provides coverage 22 hours per day! Shifts may start as early as 5am, and end as late as 3am, and are typically 10 hour shifts. To be considered, you must be open to and available to work any shift and any day of the week.
