Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures timely closure of all production work orders, highlighting delays and coordinating corrective actions.
• Tracks raw material rejection trends and coordinates CAPA to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
• Collaborates with warehouse to ensure timely availability of materials per production plans.
• Prepares, monitors, and analyzes daily production reports to identify gaps and support decisions.
• Coordinates with QA, Maintenance, SCM, and Logistics for smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Identifies production requirements in advance and ensures manpower, materials, and equipment are arranged.
• Maintains accurate production documentation and reports per company standards.
• Monitors production performance indicators and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supports adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures in production.
• Communicates production status to supervisors and stakeholders.

The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. This role involves monitoring production schedules, tracking work order closures, analyzing production and material rejection data, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors and ensure timely closure of all production work orders, highlighting delays and coordinating corrective actions to maintain production schedules.
• Tracks raw material rejection trends, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce material losses and improve process efficiency.
• Collaborates with the warehouse team to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables according to production plans and work orders.
• Prepares, monitors, and analyzes daily production reports to identify operational gaps, improve productivity, and support management decision-making.
• Coordinates closely with support departments including Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Logistics to ensure smooth production operations and timely issue resolution.
• Identifies production requirements in advance and ensures manpower, materials, equipment, and operational support are arranged to avoid production interruptions.
• Maintains accurate production documentation, records, and reports in compliance with company standards.
• Monitors production performance indicators and assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supports adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures within the production area.
