Qualifications

• Must have strong computer skills and ability to learn software quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and numerical data.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Access, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review order specifications from sales and service teams.
• Communicate via voice and email to ensure orders are processed correctly.
• Resolve order discrepancies with sales and service teams.
• Ensure data accuracy for manufacturing inputs.
• Enter data in Star, Tops, and local ERP systems.
• Generate and prepare production work orders for the floor.
• Collaborate with office, manufacturing, and shipping staff.
• Maintain and file all required documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
