Archadeck of Central Virginia and The Valley is seeking a skilled Production Coordinator/Manager to support project delivery for custom outdoor living projects across Central Virginia. You will assist the owner to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in the construction industry.
• Construction management experience is a plus.
• High standard for customer service.
• Strong ability to multitask on several projects.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the weekly production management goals and plan.
• Ensuring that all details are clearly identified and communicated to the crew(s).
• Provide daily updates on the status of all active projects.
• Managing administrative tasks and documents of the business.
• Complete general warranty work.
• Serve as logistical coordinator for supplies and materials.
