Our client, a baby apparel and accessories company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team in NYC!

This is a full-time, on-site position. Requires 5 days a week in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage production schedules
  • Place purchase orders and manage item setup
  • Daily communication with overseas factories
  • Ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintaining quality standards
  • Assist in project management
  • Daily tasks include: production planning, overseeing manufacturing processes, managing timelines, and supporting communication between different departments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of production experience. Must have baby/kids apparel production/product development background
  • Experience with Target private brand is a big plus
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ERP system experience

Salary: $60,000-$75,000
