Are you energized by orchestrating high-impact events and webinars? Endpoints News is looking for a sharp, organized Production Coordinator to help deliver smooth, polished virtual and hybrid productions for our audience.

As part of the Events and Webinars team, you’ll report to and work closely with the Associate Director of Production to support seamless execution of our high-quality in-person and virtual events and webinars. This position supports approximately 3–4 in-person events annually, 4 virtual programs weekly, and occasional live broadcasts for Editorial events and client-sponsored webinars. You’ll coordinate end-to-end production with a strong emphasis on professionalism, technical excellence (including video editing), and polished delivery. This highly client-facing role requires outstanding communication skills, the ability to manage and respond swiftly to high volumes of messages, and a commitment to white-glove service.

  • Utilize Zoom Events to expertly facilitate virtual programs

Internal and External Communications

  • Collaborate across the Events team and other departments to ensure a smooth and professional experience for panelists, moderators, and attendees
  • Proactively respond to requests for information and assistance from internal and external stakeholders
  • Project manage webinar and event production processes across internal departments
  • Assist with recording and distributing event content as needed
  • Collaborate with the Event/Webinar and Design team to gather necessary creative assets

Reporting and Data

  • Generate and format weekly and on-demand registration reports
  • Track and maintain key performance statistics for webinars and events
  • Keep production data and archives current and accessible
  • Provide reporting and historical metrics upon request
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in audio-visual or streaming production, particularly with virtual and hybrid events
  • Strong technical proficiency with Zoom and Zoom Webinars - Zoom Production studio experience preferred

  • Experience providing technical support for events from start to finish
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of daily communication via Slack and email
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills using tools like Asana, Notion, or similar
  • Professional, timely communicator with a strong service orientation and white-glove client support mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for visual/video quality
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (or willingness to learn)
  • Basic video editing skills such as trimming sessions, adding bumpers or overlays, and exporting for various platforms
