Job summary

Johnnie-O is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our Production team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and ready to improve processes to ensure smooth production and on-time shipping.

This full-time role reports to the Production Manager and offers growth in a dynamic apparel brand environment. Responsibilities include liaising with production, vendors, sales and design; maintaining WIP and QA support; ERP data management; and ensuring factory compliance with

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or 2+ years of experience.
• Strong communication with factories and internal teams.
• Team player capable of fast-paced collaboration.
• High attention to detail with accurate data entry.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel.
• ERP experience (Full Circle/Blue Cherry) a plus; apparel industry exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Production, Vendors, Sales and Design teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Design to move products from concept to shipment.
• Maintain WIP reports weekly and follow up with vendors on issues; assist QA as needed.
• Support ERP data management (PO entry, SKU creation, HTS coding).
• Monitor factory compliance to vendor manuals and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

The Role

Johnnie-O is looking for an amazing Production Coordinator to join our Production team! Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a team player, extremely detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that the production process operates smoothly and efficiently. We’re also looking for someone who wants to grow, learn, and to strategize ways to make the production process smoother, and ultimately play a major role in the success of the company. Responsibilities

• Liaison between Production, Vendors, Sales Team and the Design Team
• Partner closely with the Sales Team and the Design Team to execute product from initial onset through shipping completed product to the customer
• Maintain Work in Progress (WIP) reports weekly, following up with vendors on outstanding issuesAssist in quality assurance throughout the production process and communicating changes as neede
• Support the management of design and production data in the Company’s ERP (PO entry, SKU creation, HTS code management, etc.)
• Monitor factory compliance to vendor manual and standards
• Complete other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and/or 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication with factories and fellow employees
• Team player - ability to work well with others in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Prior Experience with Full Circle, Blue Cherry or similar ERP a plus Apparel experience a plus
