Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an Administrative Production Assistant in New York, NY to support show day operations and logistics for our TV/film productions. This hybrid role requires coordinating travel, permits, and procurement tasks while partnering with security, talent, and finance teams.

The role requires experience coordinating staff or events, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating staff or events.
  • Experience with large crews on TV/Film set preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Well organized with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong multitasking ability.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Confirm hair/makeup/wardrobe bookings.
  • Help manage daily green room and dressing room assignments.
  • Compile daily virtual remote needs and resources.
  • Partner with finance for invoice collection and purchasing/corporate card charges.
  • Assist production team in all stages of daily production.

Job Description

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to shifting priorities

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $22-$27/hr.
