Job Title: Production Coordinator

Job Summary: The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless production workflows by proactively managing the movement of orders and the operational flow. Acting as the conductor of the production floor, the Production Coordinator facilitates timely delivery of materials, prioritizes tasks, and communicates effectively with team members to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.

What you bring

• Prior experience working in warehouse setting strongly desired
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to understand and execute instructions for daily tasks and to read orders accurately
• Proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to complete basic math to include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
• Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity standards
• Ability to work overtime during work week and weekends, while complying with Galls attendance policy
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time, ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, and lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
