Job summary

Regal Rexnord Delevan division is seeking a capable professional to move work orders through our ERP system (Oracle). You will track run charts, coordinate with planners and production teams, and resolve roadblocks to meet customer dates.

The role requires 3+ years of manufacturing experience, strong Excel, and knowledge of Lean/Kanban. A structured, proactive, team-oriented individual will thrive in our environment.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and data analysis required.
  • Lean and Kanban concepts experience.
  • ERP/Oracle experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Transact work orders through ERP (Oracle).
  • Create, track and update production run charts to meet run rates.
  • Take direction from Planners, Supervisors and Management.
  • Collaborate across departments to remove roadblocks.
  • Support line associates to focus on building parts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve MFG/ERP related to BOM, Router and Process Steps.
  • Lead lean activities to improve core KPI metrics.
  • Clerical duties: filing, records, organization.

Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to facilitate the smooth movement of work orders throughout the organization. This position will work closely with the Planner, Supervisor, and Production Associates to ensure customer request dates are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.

  • Transacting work orders through our ERP (Oracle) software.
  • Creating, tracking, and updating production run charts to ensure run rates are being met.
  • Take direction from the Planners, Supervisors, and Management
  • Work across department, Quality, Engineering, etc, to eliminate roadblocks.
  • Support line Associate, allowing them to focus on building parts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve MFG/ERP system with changes related to BOM, Router, Process Steps.
  • Lead lean activities to drive improvements in our core KPI’s.
  • Clerical work: filing, record keeping, organizing.
Qualifications and Experience Levels
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Strong analytic skills, a high degree of Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
  • Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Kanban experience, Oracle software is preferred.
  • Understanding of concepts in a Lean Manufacturing Environment and Kanban Supply Chains.
  • Change Agent, demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.

Compensation

$22.00-$25.00/hour

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate’s skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
