Job summary

DELEVAN, part of Regal Rexnord, is seeking a Cell Associate for an onsite role in a busy manufacturing cell. You will set up and run equipment, manage multiple processes, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires High School or GED, ability to multitask, basic arithmetic, and strong reading/writing English. Teamwork and attentiveness are essential in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Cell Associate will perform multiple tasks simultaneously within a work cell. This position requires the associate to setup and run multiple pieces of equipment and or process steps at the same time, multitasking between process steps and equipment. This position is generally contained within a work cell and requires an associate to stand and move about within a cell throughout the work hours.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.

The Cell Operator shall be responsible for the following: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity and Housekeeping standards and metrics.

Perform setup of equipment, autowinders, meters, thermal shock etc. and all other process equipment used in operations.

Meeting of daily throughput requirements

Standard work sequences associated with cellular manufacturing within the associate assigned work area(s).

Performs multiple tasks simultaneously within a work cell.

Setup and run multiple pieces of equipment and/or process steps such as but not limited to: Auto winding, Lead Straightening, Molding, Cut & Fold, Loading, Deflashing, Printing/Laser, Testing, Soldering, Cleaning, Coating/Varnishing, Visual inspection, and Packaging.

Adherence to company policies and standard work procedures and sequences within the associates assigned area of work.

COMPENSATION
