Job summary

Tempur Sealy's Brenham, TX plant is seeking a Production Coordinator to keep manufacturing processes running safely and efficiently. You will monitor materials, assist with scheduling, and collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This role requires basic reading of safety rules and procedures, clear communication with supervisors and peers, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers and other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully empowered team member.
• Maintain workflow by ensuring materials are stocked and available for production.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to develop solutions to department issues.
• May provide training to new associates as needed.
• Work on special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Report unsafe activities or machine conditions to the supervisor.
