Cherokee Nation Entertainment's Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa is seeking a Production Cook for the Food Court. You will master the menu by preparing high-quality items with strict adherence to recipes and portion control, while maintaining a fast-paced kitchen and clean, safe work areas.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of related experience; using a team-focused approach, you will work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as part of a premier hospitality

• Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for the assigned venue.
• Adheres to standards for preparation, portioning, cooking and presentation.
• Ensures quality and proper presentation of all menu items.
• Maintains proper portion control and timely food production.
• Stores and maintains products to prevent waste and spoilage.
• Upholds cleanliness and sanitary standards in kitchen operations.
