Job Description

Prepare hot and cold food items, ensuring consistency and quality, and serve according to specifications. Line cooks will work within our Resort Restaurant Outlets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen sanitation per health guidelines
• Set up station prior to service
• Learn all menu items for your station
• Perform work to meet quantity and time requirements
• Refrigerate and serve cold foods
• Produce orders
• Follow safe food handling procedures

Qualifications

• Basic knife skills
• Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Stand for 8+ hours daily
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
