Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Oklahoma is seeking a Production Cook to prepare food items to standard recipes, ensure portion control, quality and timely presentation, and support efficient kitchen operations. You will follow safety practices, maintain cleanliness, and work in a fast-paced environment with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, helping the team deliver great guest experiences.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort working in diverse environments such as kitchens, casino floors, and areas with exposure to smoke and noise.
