Job summary

Jered, a PAR Systems company, seeks a Production Controller I to act as the central hub for project documentation and material flow administration on our Georgia shop floor. You will coordinate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders to ensure right parts arrive on time, support work order processing, audits, and ECO tasks, and drive improvements while maintaining meticulous records.

Qualifications

Education or certificates in Business Management, Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management.
Strong organizational and planning skills with a high degree of personal initiative.
Excellent communication skills to act as a partner between Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and demands from various project stakeholders.
Must be drug-free and able to work in a skilled labor, non-exempt capacity.

Responsibilities

Support warehouse audits and work order processing.
Expedite materials to ensure the right parts are available to meet delivery deadlines.
Assist with ECO task management and process improvement efforts.
Lead administrative audits within Production Control and Warehouse.
Communicate issues and improvements to leadership and stakeholders.
