Job summary

The role focuses on inventory control, accuracy, and timely ERP transactions, with collaboration across departments to manage lead times and constraints. The candidate will coordinate activities based on customer orders, release materials to shop orders, and communicate schedule obstacles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or equivalent not required; HS diploma accepted.
• Familiar with current technology concepts and procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate production activities based on customer orders.
• Process all transactions in company systems accurately and timely.
• Plan, review, release, and stage material to shop order to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain and monitor cross-functional information for lead times on scheduled items.
• Develop knowledge of products to ensure schedule stability and order creation.
• Locate, solve, and communicate changes cross-functionally.
