Job summary

Anduril Industries in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Production Control Specialist on the Production Controls team to keep maritime products moving. You will interface across engineering, quality, supply chain, tooling, facilities, and digital teams, burn down action items, and report ETA for production.

This hands-on role requires coordinating across organizations, identifying capability gaps, and ensuring delivered capability is integrated into procedures and training; you will release work orders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Trade, shipyard, or military production experience is equally qualifying.
• Production control, planning, or manufacturing operations background.
• Cross-functional coordination experience; comfortable working across organizations without owning them.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril’s Maritime Manufacturing Technology Team is responsible for rapidly developing and implementing manufacturing technologies, processes, and materials for cutting-edge defense hardware. The team is developing deployable static and moving surface, undersea and sea to air vehicles, and scaling these products in our new manufacturing facilities.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Production Control Specialist on the Production Controls team, you will keep maritime products work moving. You will interface across organizations, burn down action items, and report status and ETA for Anduril's advanced AI factory. This is a hands‑on role helping solve manufacturing problems at scale.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Trade, shipyard, or military production experience is equally qualifying.
• Production control, planning, or manufacturing operations background.
• Cross-functional coordination experience; comfortable working across organizations without owning them.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Direct experience in maritime, naval, or aerospace defense, with knowledge of NAVSEA or MIL‑SPEC standards.
• Experience with MES and ERP systems for production and material planning: working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter (PLM), or Oracle or equivalents.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Technical foundation in mechanical assembly, electrical integration, heavy metal or composite fabrication, or shipbuilding or large vehicle production.

US Salary Range

$146,000 — $194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
