Qualifications

• 5 years of production control or supply chain management experience.
• MRP/ERP experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, risk management, logistics operations.
• Microsoft Excel experience – pivot tables, macros, data analysis tools.
• Continuous Improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse forecast planning and demand analysis.
• Manage inventory ordering, replenishment, and optimization.
• Track transit and container movement to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and performance.
• Support warehouse cost analysis and cost-reduction strategies.
• Manage mass production build-out planning and execution.
• Coordinate customer surveys and reporting.
• Oversee release and shipping management systems.
• Create and maintain master data.
• Conduct data analysis and develop KPI reporting.
• Drive data-driven decision making through trend analysis.
• Identify root causes and implement effective countermeasures.
• Support on-time delivery improvement for mass production.
• Promote and participate in ongoing Kaizen and problem-solving.
• Develop and implement digital solutions, and lead initiatives that automate manual activities, integrate data from multiple sources, and standardize best practices across the organization.

Base Salary: $90K-$100K + 6% bonus
