• 5+ years of production control or supply chain management experience
• MRP/ERP experience

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse forecast planning and demand analysis
• Manage inventory ordering, replenishment, and optimization
• Track transit and container movement to ensure timely delivery
• Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and performance
• Support warehouse cost analysis and cost-reduction strategies
• Manage mass production build-out planning and execution
• Coordinate customer surveys and reporting
• Oversee release and shipping management systems
• Create and maintain master data

Using Microsoft Power Platform applications, business intelligence tools, and emerging digital technologies, this role will transform data into actionable insights that improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement digital solutions, and lead initiatives that automate manual activities, integrate data from multiple sources, and standardize best practices across the organization. By combining strong production control expertise with a continuous improvement mindset, this individual will drive sustainable operational enhancements, enable data-driven decision-making, and strengthen cross functional collaboration objectives.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Requirements:

Compensation:

$100,000 per year annual salary (with a 6% bonus).
