Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking a Production Control Analyst-support role to expedite purchased and manufactured parts to meet the Master Production Schedule. The position sits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborates with cross-functional teams to keep programs on track.

You will assist with dashboards, track material flow, and support the Spares Team while identifying continuous improvements. Strong Excel/Office skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years production control experience or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 1 to 2 years production control experience or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in use of MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Office environment.
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
