Job summary

SCN - Search Consulting Network is seeking a seasoned Production Control / Supply Chain professional for a role based in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead production planning, coordinate material flow, and drive optimization of supply chain performance within a global automotive manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, strong MRP/ERP knowledge, inventory control, forecasting, and KPI reporting with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of Production Control or Supply Chain Management experience.
• Strong experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
• Experience developing KPI reporting, data analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting production planning, engineering change management, and supply chain capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, forecasting, and warehouse management systems.
• Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Platform experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Analysis) preferred.
• Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• APICS/CSCP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-department collaboration.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
