Job summary

YKTA is seeking a Production Control Specialist to issue and track work orders, coordinate material supply, and expedite prioritization to meet the production schedule. You will plan and manage schedules, analyze capacity, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery while adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Experience with ERP systems and Plex is preferred, with attention to detail and the ability to work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related area or equivalent work experience.
3 years minimum Production Control/ Customer Service experience with a demonstrated track-record of success. Automotive industry experience preferred.
Experience with ERP software; Plex experience preferred.
Proficient personal computer and system software skills.
Attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; adapt to changes in priorities.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
Issue and track work orders and expedite/prioritize to keep the schedule.
Coordinate plant activities with department manager to achieve manufacturing objectives.
Assist in minimizing interruptions to production through effective parts and materials procurement.
Maintain communication with customers, business development, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
