Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years manufacturing production control, assembly or fabrication experience.
• Aerospace experience is preferred and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plans and establishes production schedules.
• Monitors inventories, tracks progress and reviews affecting factors.
• Checks availability of raw materials and components before releasing work orders.
• Initiate work orders per MRP/spreadsheet scheduling requirements.
• Check progress of WIP and expedite as required.
• Prepare and maintain shortage reports and communicate supply requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Mfg Eng, Purchasing on schedules and WIP.
• Maintain supply orders to support schedule changes.
• Contribute ideas toward continuous improvement of systems and procedures.
