Job summary

KYUNGSHIN-LEAR SALES AND ENGINEERING LLC in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Manager to oversee all warehouse activities, staff, and processes to support a lean, cost-conscious supply chain. Responsibilities

• Interfaces with Plant Manager to control operating costs.
• Performs quarterly and/or annual physical inventories; provides inventory reports.
• Monitors and controls the order process, ensuring efficient and adequate flow of products.
• Develops, implements, and maintains processes to reduce costs and increase customer service.
• Coordinates activities of departments to deliver efficient material movement to drive costs/inventory investment down while improving accuracy and response time to customers.
• Manages the supply chain at the plant level, interfacing with vendors, third-party providers, and the materials/supply chain system.
• Oversees scheduling of production and packaging operations, procurement of materials, inventory control, and the effective utilization of personnel within the materials/logistics group.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
