Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Production Control Manager to oversee the production process at a manufacturing plant. You will develop schedules, manage inventory, and ensure quality standards and deadlines are met across the operation.

The role requires ERP experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive on-time delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 5 years prior relevant experience in manufacturing industry working with ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to meet strict deadlines while concurrently managing multiple tasks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and staff development skills.
