Job description

Responsibilities

The Production Expeditor is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments in a manufacturing environment.

Key Duties

• Monitoring production schedules
• Identifying and resolving delays
• Ensuring timely delivery of materials to keep operations on track
• Communicating potential issues to appropriate department leaders
• Completing necessary documentation associated with customer orders and parts

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving to maintain efficient production processes.

Compensation

$25/hr – $35/hr.

Qualifications

• High level Excel proficiency is required.
• Experience tracking inventory and orders is required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment is required.
• Knowledge of aerospace parts (specifically fastener products) is a major plus.
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing and distribution operations is a major plus.
