Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a detail-oriented Production Control Coordinator for a temporary 3‑month assignment to support daily manufacturing operations. You will issue work orders, monitor schedules, track progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to help ensure on‑time customer delivery.

We require 3–5 years in production control or scheduling, ERP/MRP and Excel proficiency, and a related degree. Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus; Monday–Friday day shifts on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production control, scheduling, or manufacturing.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage daily production work instructions.
• Monitor production schedules and track progress.
• Identify production delays and communicate issues promptly.
• Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and other departments to resolve scheduling concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and close completed work orders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help ensure on-time customer delivery.
