We are seeking a hands-on, driven Production Coordinator to bridge the daily operations between our manufacturing floor and warehouse team at our Houston facility (77061). In this Monday through Friday role offering up to $80,000 per year, you will serve as the primary operational link on the floor, actively managing product flow, monitoring real-time capacity constraints, and ensuring assembly outputs directly align with warehouse inventory, material staging, and order fulfillment priorities. Rather than relying solely on automation system outputs, you will physically walk the floor, evaluate daily work order statuses and material availability, resolve operational bottlenecks, and make real-time adjustments to keep production runs flowing efficiently. You will collaborate daily with floor supervisors, material handlers, and warehouse leadership to prevent inventory shortages, streamline product movement through the manufacturing cycle, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that keep our plant running on time and at peak performance.
