Qualifications

• Experience with inventory counting, ERP/MRP systems, or production control processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Kanban integrity across all material flows.
• Perform high-precision daily counts of assemblies, make-parts, coatings, consumables, and components using microscopy and calibrated tools.
• Adjust inventory levels in SAPS/4HANA and AprisoMES per shift.
• Support stock-purge activities and continuous-improvement in counting and inventory-management processes.
• Record traceability updates for reworks and place materials into stock.

Standard Job Description

You will be the Production Control Assistant for the Production Control Team. As a hybrid position between Cycle Counter and Production Planning Control, this role is primarily responsible for maintaining Kanban integrity across all material flows. By performing high‑precision daily counts of assemblies, make‑parts, coating materials (epoxy, paint), consumables, and micro‑electronic/semiconductor components - using an optical microscope, precision tweezers, and calibrated balances - you will ensure inventory levels are accurately adjusted in SAPS/4HANA and AprisoMES each shift. In addition to these core duties as hybrid Cycle Counter, you will support other Production Control tasks as needed, including stock‑purge activities and continuous‑improvement initiatives for counting and inventory‑management processes. This includes performing systematic transaction to putting materials into stock, performing traceability updates for reworks, and ordering parts.

This is a Second Shift position

This position is eligible for an 8% pay premium for any hours worked on Second Shift.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $34800.00 - $64600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
