Job summary

Bloom Energy seeks a Production Control Analyst to join our Newark, DE team. The role centers on ensuring product availability and on-time customer deliveries by coordinating manufacturing plans, inventory allocation, and shipment execution within ERP systems.

You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality to identify risks, resolve constraints, and support efficient fulfillment of customer orders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze manufacturing and production plans to ensure alignment with customer demand, inventory availability, and shipment schedules.
  • Execute inventory allocation and shipment transactions within ERP systems to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor production performance and inventory levels, proactively identifying risks that may impact product availability or customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate recovery plans with cross-functional teams to minimize disruptions and maintain shipment commitments.
  • Partner with Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory is positioned appropriately to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate product traceability and customer order tracking within ERP and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to establish resolution timelines for rework activities and product inspections.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to meet customer shipment needs.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities related to production scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Support Production Control Managers through data analysis, reporting, and execution of operational priorities.

We are looking for a Production Control Analyst to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr Manager, Production Control and based in Newark, DE. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week .

Role Summary

The Production Control Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring product availability and on-time customer deliveries by coordinating manufacturing plans, inventory allocation, and shipment execution. This position partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Quality teams to identify risks, resolve constraints, and support efficient fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing and production plans to ensure alignment with customer demand, inventory availability, and shipment schedules.
  • Execute inventory allocation and shipment transactions within ERP systems to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor production performance and inventory levels, proactively identifying risks that may impact product availability or customer deliveries.

  • Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
